This funding opportunity will be accompanied by inclusion in a learning collaborative consisting of other awardees along with BPHC-employed CHWs. Learning collaborative participants will convene to share resources and explore best practices for supporting and utilizing CHWs.

Projects that seek to improve economic stability, advance educational opportunities, advance healthcare quality, and address the neighborhood context are all welcome health equity projects.

Several themes emerged, one being the need to provide direct assistance to residents of color most affected by the financial strains of COVID-19.We are seeking to partner with community-based organizations that can redistribute direct assistance in the form of gas cards to their clients/residents.
